A Statement of Faith for the Hebrew Roots, Messianic Torah Observant Followers of Yeshuah HaMashiach, The Way, Movement, Reformation, Belief, and Faith.

Part 1: We believe that salvation is through Yeshuah HaMashach alone by His sacrifice of His life and shed blood on the cross
and that He is and was and will be the son of YHWH the most high El (singular) of Elohim (plural).

Part 2: We believe that Av or Abba YHWH is the Father.

Part 3: We believe in the Ruach HaKodesh (The Holy Spirit)
and that the Ruach HaKodesh has enabled, empowered, and cause us to keep His Torah as was prophesied in Jeremiah 31:33 and Ezekiel 36:22-31 and verified in the new covenant by Paul in Hebrews 8:10 and Hebrews 10:16;
and we believe in all the gifts of the Ruach HaKodesh mentioned in Scripture.

Part 4: We believe in living by every word that proceeds from the mouth of YHWH, including the law, the prophets, and the instructions given by Yeshuah HaMashiach in the new covenant. Luke 4:4 and Deuteronomy 8:3. YHWH also gave instructions through the prophets in the Bible.
We reject Antinomianism and the commandments, laws, and doctrines of men, women, children, and any deity or entity other than YHWH our Elohim.
We accept the instructions of our biological and adopted Fathers, Mothers, and Husbands as the Torah instructs us to do, so long as we are not instructed to violate the instructions of YHWH.
We will not ad to or diminish from the instructions given by YHWH in the Bible. (Deuteronomy 4:2)
We believe in Matthew 7:23 that says workers of lawlessness will be sent away from Yeshuah HaMashiach.
We believe that those who keep the law are blessed
and we believe that those who violate the law are cursed.

Part 5: We believe that YHWH and His Word do not change, yesterday, today, or forever, and we believe that YHWH’s Word has not ever changed.
We believe that YHWH does not change or abolish any of His covenants in the Bible.
We believe that the Bible contains the Tanakh made up of the law and the prophets and the New Covenant made up of the 4 Gospels, letters, Acts, and Revelation, making up 66 books.

Part 6: We believe that we are to live Holy and Set Apart from every kind of evil that sets itself up against YHWH and His Word. (1 Peter 2:9-10, 2 Corinthians 6:17-18, and Revelation 18:4-5)

Part 7: We believe that Yeshuah HaMashiach is our only rabbi and master,
and we believe Av or Abba YHWH is our only spiritual Father who is in heaven,
and we believe that we are children of Av YHWH and brothers of Yeshuah HaMashiach, and have been grafted into Israel by salvation and obedience to YHWH. (Matthew 23:8-12)

Part 8: We believe in a literal 6 day creation and that YHWH rested on the 7th day as the example for the Sabbath day Shabbat. We do not believe in Evolution or Macroevolution. All Evolution arguments lead to evil.

Part 9: We believe in Yeshuah’s Death and Resurrection on the 3rd Day.

Part 10: We believe that the scriptures were written by men through inspiration of the Ruach HaKodesh Holy Spirit. We believe that by reading the scriptures in their original context, and learning about their intended audience, and the time and culture they were written in, we can receive the truth and proper interpretation and understanding of the scriptures.

Note: Just like with non Torah Observant Christianity, non Christian Judaism, and many other groups and beliefs, some people who use the Hebrew Roots label do not actually follow the Bible, may or may not believe the earth is flat, or may have many other beliefs that do not reflect the Hebrew Roots core faith or beliefs as stated above. In the video below you can hear about the mess that can happen in the Messianic Torah Observant Hebrew Roots movement, with many people and groups claiming the title. Usually the more man made doctrine someone as been taught, and the more prominent they are, the more caution you should have about listening to them. People in Hebrew Roots should be followers and doers of the entire word of YHWH. It’s always a learning process. Some people who realize that Rabbinic Judaism and the doctrines of Christianity are not Biblical, start to question everything. Sometimes people reject truths that are taught by Rabbinic Judaism and Christianity, simply because other things they taught were false. We need to test everything against the Bible, and when people tell us we are wrong or that we are missing something, we must have an open mind and research their claims and statements as well before dismissing them, no matter how crazy they may sound to us. We may not learn the truth if we never look at the evidence or proof. The righteous rejoice at correction. (Not our video or opinion)
